Windows 7 Wont Boot Normally(Black Screen), Only SafeMode?

Ok so i just got my computer fixed at a nearby computer shop and i had windows 7 installed on my computer. Now when i turn the computer on i will hear the windows 7 loading sound but no screen, i then manually reboot with the power switch then it will ask to run in safemode/ with networking or boot normally.. It only works in safemode/networking. Any advice?
